Foundational Principles for Video Collaboration

Poly Delivers Consistent End to End Solutions

Poly has a complete solution of products and services. The partnerships we enjoy with our video and collaboration service providers are unmatched. Poly’s partners include Microsoft, Zoom, RingCentral, GoToMeeting (Log Me In), and many more.

Poly’s solutions are easy to manage, deploy, use, and secure

Before 2020, IT departments often did not think about managing a webcam, USB peripherals, or headsets. After 2020, that ability is imperative to keeping businesses working and effective. Management is one of the best things about Poly.

Poly's newest cloud offering, Lens, is designed to provide the best information and management tools at your fingertips. But Lens is not alone; Poly has several management tools for any application.

Poly Lens represents how Poly will support new styles of working. It is cloud-based, so it scales with you, maintaining security without the heavy traditional IT overhead. The Poly management portfolio will support your entire collaboration portfolio.

Poly provides the highest quality audio and video experiences

The audio from a Poly device utilizes the vast experience and technology we have cultivated over our history. Starting in the early ’60s with Neil Armstrong’s trip to the moon, Poly redefined the standard for crystal clear, natural voice communications with technology. With Poly’s high-fidelity audio, we bring together noise reduction technology.

NoiseblockAI reduces unwanted sounds while amplifying human speech. Acoustic Fence blocks off the entire sound from unwanted areas like outside your window or another room — no more distractions from kids or wayward lawnmowers ruining your call.

Poly provides the right technology for the right space

Having the right tool for the appropriate application is essential. Poly creates beautifully designed and engineered products that let you see and hear and be seen and heard with incredible clarity wherever you work.

For instance, some cameras are ideal for a group or shared space that require a wide field of view. However, too broad of a view in a personal device exposes too much of the environment where a tighter frame is better.

Poly provides the right tool for the right workspace

Poly develops tracking and intelligence into many of our products that will find an individual speaker in a personal environment, frame a group in a larger environment, and even follow an instructor moving from desk to whiteboard without touching a remote control.

Poly’s solutions are secure

Poly utilizes high levels of enterprise security and technology, including end-to-end AES encryption. To find out more, click the following link:

The video revolution is here

As Polys CEO Dave Shull recently said at Enterprise Connect, “the video revolution is here.”

Opportunity often follows adversity if you have the appropriate point of view. Collaboration over video became universal in 2020. More than ever, the principles of consistency, simplicity, great audio, and video quality, with enterprise-grade security matter. Why? Because work is no longer somewhere you go, it is something you do.
